The following are the terms and conditions as listed on Rental Contract Form. You can view and download a copy of the Rental Contract here
The rates quoted are exclusive of taxes and other charges.
This contract includes Collision Damage Cover for which a deposit of US$1,150 is required. The Renter shall be liable to Francis Rentals for all damages to the vehicle.
The renter is required to provide at least 1 photo ID and proof of home address.
The vehicle described above shall not be operated by any other person than the Renter who signed the rental agreement or his employer or by persons regularly employed by such Renter in the usual course of his business or an adult member of his immediate family at least 22 years of age. Any authorised persons, who drive the vehicle must be in possession of a valid driver’s license Anyone driving the vehicle who is not authorised to do so will result in the vehicle being confiscated and any deposit or balance paid will be kept. Upon confiscation all sums due up to the date and time of confiscation shall be a debt due to the company in the event that the deposit is insufficient.
The Renter is responsible for theft of car unless keys are removed and doors locked.
All lost keys must be reported to Francis Rentals immediately on phone # 473 409-7171.
All vehicles must be kept clean. Any damage to vehicle interior or soiled or torn upholstery will incur a fine equivalent to the cost of cleaning or repairing the vehicle.
Please report all faults of vehicle to Francis Rentals immediately.
Please do not bring the vehicle to a garage or attempt to fix the problem yourself, unless authorised to do so by Francis Rentals.
Please return the vehicle at the agreed time. If you wish to extend the vehicle hire please call before the return time and make necessary arrangements. A payment for the extension must be made in person on that day.
All vehicles returned later than the given time will incur a fine of US$5.00 per hour.
Any traffic tickets received during the period of rental must be paid by the Renter on or before returning the vehicle.
